Spa Supervisor - Claremont

Spa at a Boutique Hotel in Claremont is looking for a Spa Supervisor to oversee a small team consisting of 3 therapists and handle all administrative tasks, including stock control. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining spa standards and will be skilled in social media, particularly using WhatsApp to send regular updates to clients.
We are seeking a junior candidate who views this position as a steppingstone toward greater opportunities. This role will mark your first management position, where you will oversee staff and manage daily operations while also providing treatments as needed to supplement income through commission. It is essential that the candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills — you should be lively and engaging with excellent communication abilities for both staff and clients.
The successful candidate will receive guidance from the Group to equip her for these tasks.
Requirements:

Must have at least three (3) years' experience as a spa therapist and a further 3 or more years as a Head Therapist or Senior role within the Spa industry.
Must have a formal Therapist qualification.

Package on offer:

Base Salary: R9,000
Commission: 10%
Petrol Allowance: R1,000 per month
