Spa Receptionist

Our client is seeking a dedicated Spa Receptionist to join their esteemed team at their luxury game lodge. As the first point of contact for spa guests, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional spa experience. This role involves managing reservations, handling administrative tasks, and promoting spa retail products.
Key Responsibilities:

Record and confirm spa reservations using ESP software.
Respond promptly to all reception emails.
Orientate spa guests on the facilities and amenities available.
Handle daily administrative duties efficiently.
Maximize income through the sale of retail products.

Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate.
2-3 years of experience in a reception role within a well-established and professional spa.
Proficiency in ESP software and general computer literacy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
