Spa Receptionist

We are looking for a Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at our luxury 5-star game lodge spa. This role involves providing a warm welcome, managing spa bookings, and maintaining a relaxing atmosphere to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The receptionist will coordinate with spa therapists and lodge staff to deliver seamless service.
Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, providing information about treatments, and addressing inquiries professionally. The Spa Receptionist will manage appointment bookings, maintain accurate records, and liaise between guests and spa staff for smooth communication. Administrative duties involve processing payments, keeping the reception area tidy, and managing inventory of spa products. Additionally, the receptionist will promote spa services and inform guests about special packages.
Candidates should have previous experience as a receptionist in a spa, hotel, or luxury environment, along with familiarity with wellness services and proficiency in booking systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a calm demeanor under pressure are essential. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. A warm personality and interest in wellness are preferred, with prior experience in a 5-star lodge or resort being advantageous.
