KEY RESPONSIBILITESThe Assistant SPA Manager supports team leadership and coordinationRepresents the spa in a cordial, efficient and professional manner while maintaining a commitment to customer satisfactionProvides and maintain quality service to generate maximum profits through cost control and creative, energetic salesmanshipEnsures the well-being of the SPA guests with professional competenceProvide guests with professional advice and sales of treatments and productsControls daily closing and administrative workQUALIFICATIONS Well-developed organization and computer skillsProficient speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, and fluency in at least 2 of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, Chinese.
Any other language is considered as advantageous1+ year of experience as assistant SPA manager or receptionist in a Fitness or Beauty centre or 4* star Hotel with relevant sales and consulting experienceDiploma is Health, Skincare, Somatology or similar industriesStrong PC Skills using Microsoft applications such as Word and ExcelBasic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook or equivalent mail client applicationProven accounting skills, marketing strategy and the ability to lead the group to meet new goalsDOCUMENTS REQUIREDValid South African PassportPolice Clearance
