Spa Receptionist - Day Spa - Camps Bay

Responsibilities:Take responsibility for the reception and retail area.Manage room and therapist efficiency and profitability.Manage professional platform partners within all facilities.Ensure accuracy of the database on ESP.Create the ultimate customer experience.Handle enquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving any issues and promptly reporting back to the manager.Confirm bookings and ensure payments.Build and maintain client relationships and inform them about specials.Financial management - daily cash-ups and reports (daily, monthly).Manage inventory and supplies.Cross promotion and selling of spa services.Minimum Requirements:Matric.ESP Software experience (Essential).Minimum 1 year in the wellness industry.Minimum 1 year reception/sales experience.Previous experience in a leadership role.Computer literate, especially Excel.Opera Software experience (advantageous).Must be available for flexible shifts.Between 1 - 3 years of experience.
