QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS · Post Matric Human Resources Management qualification
· 5- 7 years Corporate Human Resources Experience

Knowledge of Bargaining Council in the Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Skincare, and Beauty Industry
· Knowledge of Human Resources Management
· Knowledge of Performance Management systems
· Knowledge of Recruitment and Selection processes
· Full Microsoft Office and Excel Skills;
· Resilient and robust
· Dynamic

· Practical and pragmatic
· Good verbal and written communication skills;
· Ability to work under pressure;

· Attention to detail, ability to work accurately and under pressure;

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS Ensure all employees are aware of company policies and, Disciplinary Code and Procedure
· Ensure that the Disciplinary Code and Procedure is aligned with current labour legislative amendments.
Organize and attend all grievance and disciplinary hearings
· Advise both staff and management of a fair and consistent application of disciplinary and grievance procedures
Provide comprehensive and holistic HR service to business, i.e.
recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, etc.
Identify skills gaps; training needs and advise on best approach to bridge the gap.
Ensure compliance and consistency in application of company policies.
Advise management on dispute management.
Liaise with Director to ensure an effective delivery of HR services to business
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: · Development and implementation of credible and functional employee performance management system to ensure that there is an operational and functional system to plan, manage, assess and reward the performance of staf
