SPA MANAGER - 80% Management / 20% Therapies (when operationally required)WORCESTER - Breede Valley- Western Cape (ZA)Starting Date:JULY 2024 / ASAPTRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:Monday - Sunday 45 hours per week rotateReports to:DirectorREMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:R20,000 - R25,000 Gross Per month5% Turnover CommissionPrivate room & en-suite in shared amenities apartment availableQUALIFICATIONS:Beautifully groomed & professionally presentableMinimum 2-year Diploma in Health & Skin Care / SomatologyCity & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSPEXPERIENCE:BONUS - Cruise Ship employment experienceAt least 2 years experience in an Assistant Manager OR Manager capacityPrevious employment in a luxury establishment / hotel or cruise ship spa essentialESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED:Computer literate and confident (ESP experience beneficial)Able to train employees on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainingsAble to lead and develop employees and servicesKnowledge of spa procedures and ability to perform them where operationally requiredAbility to focus attention on guest needsAbility to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the SpaAbility to perform job functions with minimal supervisionKnowledge of and ability to sell spa productsAble to assist with ad-hoc duties in other departments of the property if operationally required by managementComfortable performing spa & beauty therapies when operationally / ad-hoc required
