What will I be doing? As a Spa Host, you are responsible for all general areas of the Spa to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Manning Reception desk, meeting & greeting all guestsProvide guests with excellent knowledge of all spa and fitness services and retail products, ensuring the guest's experience at the spa is memorable from the beginning to the endAnswering phones and attending to guest queriesTo effectively and efficiently manage the spa reservations systemRecommend and up sell additional treatments to guests, driving repeat bookings wherever possibleScheduling treatments & advising guests on treatments appropriatelyReport lost property, accidents, Maintenance issues, or other incidentsWhat are we looking for? To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Strong interpersonal skillsCommitted to delivering a high level of customer serviceAt least 1 year experience in the reception/customer service.
