Spa Guest Relations Officer / Lead Receptionist

Are you ready for an exciting and challenging role in the spa industry?Langaro Wellness in Camps Bay is currently seeking a Guest Relations Officer / Lead Receptionist to take responsibility for overseeing the front desk operations. You will be responsible for the reception and retail areas, coordinate diaries and therapists, while ensuring efficient and effective administration of the facility.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for the reception and retail areaYield management, managing room and therapist efficiency and profitabilityManage work schedules, supervise duties and monitor performanceManage professional platform partners within all facilitiesManage accuracy of database on ESPCreate the ultimate customer experienceHandle enquiries, complaints and feedback, resolving any issues and promptly report back to the managerMonitor and respond to online reviews and comments to maintain a positive reputationConfirm bookings and ensure paymentsBuild and maintain client relationships and inform them about specialsFinancial management - daily cash-ups and reports (daily, monthly)Monitor and manage the front desk budget, including expenses, revenue collection and cost control measuresManage inventory and suppliesCross promotion and selling of spa servicesRequirementsMatricBusiness Administration qualification or experience in administration of the spa industryESP Software experience (Essential)Minimum 2 years in the wellness industryMinimum 2 years reception/sales experiencePrevious experience in a leadership roleComputer literate, especially ExcelOpera Software experience (advantageous)Must be available for flexible shifts
