Min 3 years' relevant experience in a busy, upmarket restaurant
Good knowledge of menu costings, ordering and stock control
A passion for events and functions with a creative flair and a positive attitude
Strong management skills
Customer service with attention to detail
Able to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment
Own transport
Able to work evenings and weekends on a shift basis
