Sous Chef Position In Bedfordview (Mediterranean Cuisine)

Looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work in a breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant in Bedfordview.
Chef to be:
Experienced in Greek, Lebanese, Portuguese and Turkish cuisine;
Able to manage a team of staff
Able to mantain the high quality standard of our current menu
Able to implement stock control (stock balance)
Able to maintain an extremely hygienic kitchen
Experiencied in showing good intitiative and leadership skills
Accustomed to hospitatlity working hours
Accountable for kitchen and store administration
Accustomed to stringent stock/ menu preparation
