What Youll Do: Lead & Inspire Oversee kitchen operations, motivating team members, and ensuring seamless service. Quality Control Maintain the highest standards in food preparation, presentation, and portion control across all dishes. Menu Collaboration Work closely with the Head Chef on menu planning, recipe creation, and seasonal specials. Inventory Management Manage ordering, receiving, and stock control to optimize kitchen operations and minimize waste. Uphold Hygiene Standards Ensure all kitchen areas and equipment meet strict health, safety, and sanitation requirements. Train & Develop Mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of growth, skill-building, and teamwork. What You Bring: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment. A creative flair with a commitment to culinary excellence and attention to detail. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. Expertise in food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen equipment management.
