We're recruiting an experienced Sous Chef who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
Identifying opportunities to improve our food service

Supporting the team in delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers
Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
Supporting the team with ordering food, stock control, and controlling food waste
Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
Supporting the team to manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets
Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
Complying with Health and Safety regulations
