Candidate Requirements: Grade 12 Formal Chef qualifications are advantageous At least 2 years Chef experience Must have excellent kitchen management skills including all kitchen administration, general hygiene and people management Must have a passion for training staff, creating fabulous food, and new ideas Should have good interpersonal skills and a sense of urgency Must have excellent attention to detail Should be diligent and self-motivated Must have the willingness/ability to share information and teach and inspire others Key Responsibilities: Kitchen Hygiene standards set Responsible for training chefs & implementing kitchen standards. Abide by the 7 day Menu set according to Food Styling Guide Work with the training chef when visits are conducted and be feedback fit Presentation as discussed and according to Styling Guide Up to date with Whats Hot & Whats Not Through the Tummy of the Guest Bops Creative Bush Banqueting according to Food Styling Guide Proactive Maintenance This is a live-in position
