Hotel School/Culinary Diploma
4yrs experience in a busy Restaurant or similar
Own car and license
Strong leadership skills
Menu planning, costing of menus, management of Stock
Recipe development
Guest relations, computer literacy
Handle functions and banquets
Training and development of staff
Solid track record, South African Resident/Citizen with three contactable references. Clean criminal and credit record.
