Candidate Requirements:Grade 12Formal Chef qualifications are advantageous At least 2+ years Chef experienceMust have excellent kitchen management skills including all kitchen administration, general hygiene and people managementMust have a passion for training staff, creating fabulous food, and new ideasShould have good interpersonal skills and a sense of urgencyMust have excellent attention to detailShould be diligent and self-motivated Must have the willingness/ability to share information and teach and inspire othersKey Responsibilities:Kitchen Hygiene standards setResponsible for training chefs & implementing kitchen standards.Abide by the 7 day Menu set according to Food Styling GuideWork with the training chef when visits are conducted and be feedback fitPresentation as discussed and according to Styling GuideUp to date with Whats Hot & Whats NotThrough the Tummy of the Guest BopsCreative Bush Banqueting according to Food Styling GuideProactive MaintenanceThis is a live-in position
