Qualifications : Matric and / or culinary diploma Fully computer literate - MS Office & POS Fluent in English and Afrikaans 5 years minimum within a senior position within a restaurant industry Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle Competencies : Physically fit - ability to work extended hours Keeps abreast of culinary trends Experience within Bistro style dining Ability to deal with volume dining (a la carte) Flexible and adaptable Excellent communication Problem solving Innovative Attention to detail Financial acumen Hands on and leads by example
