Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations and ensuring high standards.

• Support menu planning and development using fresh, local ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team to create memorable guest dining experiences.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a fine dining or luxury lodge setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Creativity and passion for using seasonal, sustainable ingredients.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
