Sous Chef

We are looking for a strong sous chef for our busy hospitality group based in Sea Point. The ideal candidate must be reliable and punctual. the candidate must also be able to lead the kitchen team in all aspects of the daily operations:

Ordering.
Management of staff
Quality control and overseeing of all preparation and production and plating during service.
Manage and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
Inventory management and cost control.

We require the following: (Please do not apply if you don't meet the following criteria)

Candidate must currently live in Cape Town and within reasonable distance from the Atlantic Seaboard.
Must be willing to work shifts.
3-5 years experience minimum in the same or similar position.
Must have experience in high volume kitchens.
Updated CV with contactable references.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
