Sous Chef - Luxury Five-Star Hotel, Lagos Join a leading luxury hotel in Lagos with 350+ rooms, multiple F&B outlets, and conference facilities for up to 1,500 guests. We seek a dynamic Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in maintaining high culinary standards.

Key Attributes / Skills: Experience in four or five-star international properties; African experience is advantageous. Strong leadership; hands-on, supporting the team on the floor. Creative and passionate about cooking, with excellent banqueting and à la carte skills. Proven ability to train and mentor a large multicultural team. Skilled in managing operational challenges and logistical complexities. High-profile role requiring guest interaction; excellent communication in English is essential. Package: Salary US$36K
