SOUS CHEF
?? Candidates need to genuinely love creating seasonal dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The position is live-out and candidates should be currently living in the are or be willing to relocate.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years as a senior chef in an intimate high-end luxury boutique lodge or hotel setting
A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from a reputable institution.
Passion for an authentic farm-to-table philosophy
Up to date with trends in the industry and a constant drive to learn and advance skills
Exceptional communication skills and comfortable with guest interaction
Stable employment history and contactable references.
