The ability to lead a kitchen brigade under the Executive Chef and a positive attitude to motivate staff to achieve the best performance from each individual is fundamental. Each customer that walks into the establishment needs to experience the atmosphere and quality of food, leaving a lasting impression.
Administrative tasks: Stock take, variance reporting, new menu development, corrective action for staff, and quality assurance for each dish that leaves the pass. Able to work various shifts, including early and late shifts.
A dynamic, creative individual who can take charge and make our kitchen their own. Holding a high standard of menu items and driving the team to excellence every day! We are looking to add a highly skilled individual to the team and elevate this establishment to the next level.
