IntroductionSupport the sourcing specialists with all administration aligned to the procurement of product, distribution of samples, order management and tracking the product critical path.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure on time delivery of product.
ResponsibilitiesSupport Sourcing Specialist with Supplier Management and Sourcing Administration Calculate landed costs on PLMConsolidate volume flows and dropsRespond to Supplier queries in a timely manner to foster effective communicationUpdate PLM information at in time with the required level of detailConduct Physical Sample Management Coordinate the inflow and outflow of physical samples in line with Technical Product Development requirements, and update electronic receipt in PLMReceive and return physical samples and Lab Dips / Print Strike-Offs to either Buyers or Suppliers as neededConduct Order Management, Product and Shipment Tracking to ensure OTIF delivery Raise PO's / Contracts and amendments in line with the Critical Path and publish to suppliersConduct order management and product tracking and enable in season trading.Track on time AQL submissions, packing lists/declared shipment quantities and cargo bookingsRaise any issues / delays and liaise with relevant stakeholders (Planning, Buying, Design, Supply Chain and Processing Warehouse) to ensure OTIF delivery.Coordinate with Supply Chain Co-ordinate reticketing and sample requests with supply chain and warehouseCollate Data, Analyse and Report Provide input into Supplier Performance ReviewsPERSONAL ATTRIBUTESDemonstrates passion and commitment for excellence, the customer, the Woolies brand, each other, transformation, Sustainability and South Africa.Role models the Woolies ValuesDemonstrates a commitment to high performance, is delivery focused and goal driven, flexible and thrives on and responds to performance feedbackLEADERSHIP COMPETENCIESSELF: Understands themselves and the impact they have on the people they interact with and the organisation culture.
