Key Outputs

Interpretation of samples
Distribute reports
Assist customer walk-ins
Search for customers, equipment & components on the web tool
Assist data clerks with random queries
Register new customers, amend existing customers' information on SOS system/database
Merge equipment/components
Capture samples when the need arises and update customer fleet list
Customer interaction - Assist customers with queries either telephonically or via email
Manage scheduled oil sampling data and recommend preventative maintenance interventions
Ensure effective self-management and performance ownership
Achieve team Balance Scorecard
Achieve applicable Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Ensure Personal Development Action Plan is in place and adhere to it

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

Matric (Other qualifications/training is an advantage)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in SOS Interpretations
Experience in SOS applications (i.e. SOS Service Manager; SOS web, etc.) – advantage
Analysing, troubleshooting and trending skills
Demonstrated practical and theoretical training skills
Sound interpersonal relationship skills
Computer literate (MS Office)
Product knowledge
Experience in analysing oil sampling and trends – advantage
