TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Tuesday to Sunday 09:00 - 18:00Closed on Mondays + additional days off in the week (based on roster & operational requirements)REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS: R8,500 Basic Salary per month Treatment CommissionRetail CommissionTips & GratuitiesPerformance IncentivesQUALIFICATIONS: Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National CertificateSomatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology / Aesthetician related diploma (minimum 2-year qualification)Advanced Somatology Diploma - BONUSBTECH Degree - BONUSDermal Aesthetics Diploma - BONUSITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / SAAHSP or similar internationally accredited qualificationEXPERIENCE & SKILLS: You must have your own reliable vehicle to travel to work as our property is not within public transport accessPresent at least TWO years (post-grad) in Salon OR Spa environmentConfidently prescribe alternative treatments and relevant home care = sales drivenMust be familiar with all treatment protocols and productsBe responsible for ensuring that all treatments are up to our high standard of service excellenceConfident and skilled in the following services (within your scope of practice):Standard Spa Therapies (including Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing and Massage) Facials + Advanced Skin Care Technology & Chemical/ Advanced facial PeelsSkin AnalysisDerma Pen /Micro-needling - BONUSLASER Hair Removal - BONUSLASER Skin Rejuvenation - BONUSLight-based therapies / IPL - BONUS
