We are looking for a Sales Executive - Custom Software Solutions
Cape Town – Blouberg – In office position
Salary range: Negotiable dependant on experience
We are looking for an experienced individual to assist with sourcing new business and taking lead on the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling
Pipeline management
Sourcing of own leads and opportunities
Operate as the lead point of new contact for any and all matters specific to sales
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Identify and grow opportunities within the sector and collaborate with development teams to ensure growth attainment
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements:
Proven software sales experience and business development
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Note: Preference will be given to candidates that have experience in working in Agile software development environments, as well as someone who takes a keen interest in business process automation and how to creatively apply bespoke cloud-based software solutions to achieve optimal business efficiency for existing and new customers.
