Additionally, you should possess a strong business acumen having extensive experience consulting with business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs.Guide the design and architecture of resilient and scalable solutions.Provide leadership of our delivery teams.Assess tools, technologies, and processes to stay aware of what is feasible, ensuring that appropriate solutions are architected.Understand the real estate domain and systems used within real estate.Support the complete delivery lifecycle, taking on various roles as required at times to aid teams and ensure excellence in delivery.Ensure adherence to security regulations and best practices in software development.Mentor and coach team members to enhance their expertise and skills.Required ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.4+ years' experience as a Solutions Consultant, or a comparable position within a software development setting.Understanding of software architecture principles and practices.Experience with various software development frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, and SCRUM.Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, and an understanding of the services they provide.Knowledge of the sales cycle and proficiency in engaging with customers to determine requirements and suggest solutions.Expertise in analyzing complex business problems and crafting efficient solutions.Extensive experience in delivering successful projects on schedule that fulfill client requirements.Experience working effectively in a team environment and interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.Personal TraitsHighly self-driven and goal-oriented.Approachable and relaxed.Dedicated to quality with a strong attention to detail.Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Appreciates knowledge sharing and team growth.Adaptable to change and good at acquiring new skills.Excellent skills in problem-solving, communication, and leadership.
