Solution Architect (Ukg Pro / Legion Wfm) (12+ Months)

We are urgently looking for a Solution Architect with experience in UKG Pro or Legion WfM for a global roll-out of Workforce Management solutions at a global retail business.
Position Details: Start Date: ASAPLocation: Onsite Sweden / Remote – HybridDuration: 12+ Months (Likely to extend)Workload: 40 hours per week // 5 daysHourly Rate: (€) Due to experienceKey Responsibilities: Ensure WfM Architecture integrates seamlessly into the overall People Planning Solution architecture.Lead configurations, implementations, and upgrades of WfM modules in collaboration with 3rd party providers.Drive the creation of detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, training materials, and implementation documentation.Facilitate complex working sessions with multiple stakeholders, tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs.Key Skills & Experience: Senior-level tech experience with UKG Pro or Legion technologies.Multi-country project experience with expertise in WfM Modules such as Timekeeping, Absence, Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics.Personality to challenge and engage high-level stakeholders.Minimum of 12 years in IT and business systems, with at least 5 years focused on WfM technologies.Certified in WfM with 5+ years of related experience.Proven ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative environment.If you are interested in this position and would like to hear more, please send me your most up-to-date CV and the best number to reach you on.
