Solar Technician

Key Responsibilities:Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of solar PV systems, ensuring each system is functioning optimally.Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues to ensure continuous and efficient power generation.Work with a team to complete solar installation projects, adhering to project timelines and safety protocols.Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of installed systems to prevent and address potential malfunctions.Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in solar technology to ensure high-quality service.Qualifications:Demonstrated knowledge of solar systems, the solar industry, and principles of solar power generation.Hands-on experience with solar panels and solar system components.Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.Certification or formal training in solar energy technology is preferred.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.Commitment to following all safety protocols on job sites.
