Job Overview: As a Solar Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives and driving the sales efforts of the company. You will develop and execute sales strategies that achieve sales targets, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and provide guidance and support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.New business development (Hunting New customers/businesses).Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and goals.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, providing excellent customer service and support.Conduct regular sales meetings with the team to review performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.Develop and maintain sales metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and tactics.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotions.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to remain a subject matter expert on solar solutions.Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training, coaching, and mentoring.Manage the sales process from start to finish, including contract negotiation, order processing, and delivery and installation coordination.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar sales or related industry (Non-Negotiable).Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or team leadership.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and team members.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical and financial information.Valid driver's license and own transportation.Working Conditions: This position requires frequent travel to meet with clients and support the sales team.Work schedule may include evenings and weekends to accommodate customer needs.
