Our client is seeking a skilled Solar PV Maintenance Engineer to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. You will play a key role in overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will contribute to maximizing energy production and extending the lifecycle of solar assets.

Key Responsibilities:
·Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on solar PV systems.

·Diagnose and resolve technical issues with electrical systems, inverters, and monitoring equipment.

·Perform performance testing and thermal imaging to identify and correct underperforming components.

·Lead on-site repairs, reconfigurations, and component replacements.

·Monitor system performance through remote platforms to optimize output.

·Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.

·Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

·1-3 years of experience in solar PV maintenance, ideally in the Commercial & Industrial sector.

·Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with large-scale solar installations.

·Familiarity with solar monitoring platforms and analysis tools.

·Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

·Valid Driver's License.
