Software Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.Identify and engage potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, public health programs, and private healthcare providers.Promote 's comprehensive software solutions, emphasizing the benefits of our healthcare plans and integrated platforms.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and capabilities of our software.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance the functionality and usability of our software solutions based on client needs and market demands.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Proven experience in software sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and healthcare software solutions.Strong understanding of public and private healthcare sectors in South Africa and the Southern Africa region.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel within South Africa and the Southern Africa region as needed.Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud-based healthcare software platforms.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the healthcare industry, such as ISO 27001, POPI Act, Occupational healthFamiliarity with telemedicine, AI in radiology, and healthcare interoperability standards.What We Offer:Competitive salary and commission structure.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery and patient outcomes through innovative technology.
