Reference: 9747 MLR Consultant: Michelle le Roux Job Description: Feature Management (Scoping)Evaluate and define product features at each development iteration, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.Product Backlog ManagementPrioritise and communicate the product backlog effectively to ensure smooth development progress and timely delivery.Quality Control and TestingReview and validate that the work delivered meets or exceeds client expectations and internal quality standards.Client InteractionAct as the primary liaison between the product team and clients, ensuring clear communication, providing training, and offering ongoing support.Business Process EvaluationAssess business processes, identify requirements, and uncover areas for improvement to enhance product efficiency.Market AnalysisStay ahead of market trends by understanding customer needs, prioritising strategies, and translating them into actionable development tasks. A good understanding of the competitive landscape is essential.Product Sales InputLead product demonstrations and follow-up with clients to clearly communicate the product's unique value proposition and differentiation from competitors.Software Implementation Project ManagementProficient in planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within budget, with strong skills in team coordination, communication, and risk management.Delivery on TimelinesPlan, agree, and communicate realistic expectations for deliverables, ensuring that outcomes are achieved within the agreed timeframe.Development Team CollaborationFoster a collaborative environment with development teams by facilitating regular meetings, feedback sessions, and ensuring alignment on product goals and deliverables.
