Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales and business development efforts.
This role will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, managing inbound sales inquiries, and generating new business opportunities through various outbound sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of ERP solutions, and the ability to engage with potential customers to showcase the value of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct compelling demonstrations of our ERP solutions, tailored to the needs and pain points of prospective clients.
Manage inbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, and guide potential customers through the initial stages of the sales process.
Engage in outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, to generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored sales strategies and identify target markets.
Prepare and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospects.
Act as a key technical advisor and product advocate during the sales process, addressing client concerns and ensuring they understand the value of our solutions.
Assist in the creation of sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support pre-sales activities.
Gather and relay feedback from prospective clients to the product development team for continuous improvement of our solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our ERP solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a pre-sales, sales, or business development role, preferably in the ERP or software solutions industry.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in conducting product demonstrations and managing sales calls.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and sales activities simultaneously.
Education and Experience: 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or sales role within the software or technology sector.
