Depot Connexion is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to focus on deploying software solutions within our client organizations. We are searching for someone who possesses a strong understanding of software development and database management, enabling them to customize software according to client needs.
Assessing client needs and requirements to ensure successful implementation of products or servicesCustomizing and configuring systems or services to align with client specifications and business goalsManaging project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget deliveryProviding training and support to client teams to facilitate effective use of new systems or servicesCollaborating with sales, support, and technical teams to coordinate implementation activitiesMonitoring and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the implementation processDocumenting processes and creating materials to support the implementation and future referenceConducting post-implementation evaluations to assess the success and identify areas for improvementMaintaining clear and effective communication with clients throughout the implementation phaseEnsuring compliance with industry standards and regulations during the setup and integrationStaying updated with product developments and updates to provide ongoing value to clientsActing as a liaison between the client and the company to address feedback and foster continuous improvementQualifications: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering / Bachelor of Science in Information Technology5+ years of direct involvement in the Transportation, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain Industries5+ years of customer-facing experience in one or more of the following:Supply chain/logistics technology, orSoftware systems deliveryAbility to lead large groups of people to meet critical goalsAbility to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunitiesAbility to lead process mapping, whiteboard sessions on workflows for implementations, create current and future state flowsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to adapt quickly to changing needs/timelinesProven presentation or training experience
