International Client is looking for a customer facing Product Implementation Consultant. This role will suit a Software Implementation Analyst, Solutions Designer, or Application Support Engineer who is looking to get into a more Product related role with lots of diversity. This will also give you the opportunity to become the SME (subject matter expert) for this product.
You will work closely with the Business Analysis & Customer Support team on the implementation of software solutions for clients based throughout the UK. There will be weekly visits to client sites.
Full product training will be provided but any experience in Application Support or Implementation will be preferred. Good data analysis & SQL skills is required.

Working as a Product Consultant / Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for working with customers to understand their business processes and inventory to prepare for the successful implementation of the product as well as consulting on best practice application configuration and mapping of customer operations. You will work with the implementation and support teams on creation and maintenance of customer specific training materials and work closely with super users across the business to maximise and promote effective user adoption plus much more.
Any knowledge based around Agile principles will be advantageous.
