Software Engineering Manager (Full Stack C#) Location: Cape Town Salary: R120k to R130k pm Type: Permanent, Full Time An exciting Fintech at the forefront of championing digital lending in South Africa is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to come on board and oversee multiple front end delivery teams in their Engineering Department.
You will lead and manage a group of software engineers to design, develop and maintain software applications.
You will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, the high quality of software development, and the continuous growth and development of the engineering teams.
Desired Experience & Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field Proven experience of full stack software development including front end frameworks or libraries such as React, Vue or Angular.
Strong technical skills across Azure cloud, Infrastructure, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, MVC, Microservices, Serverless components, Distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, messaging, EDA, scripting, Durable functions Proven experience managing multiple software engineering teams and delivering high-quality software products Experience with software development methodologies, such as agile, and software engineering best practices, such as code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration Strong technical skills and ability to lead teams working with multiple programming languages and technologies Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor team members Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, and version control systems, such as Git Experience with integrating with third party providers and managing provider relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
