You will lead and manage a group of software engineers to design, develop and maintain software applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, the high quality of software development, and the continuous growth and development of the engineering teams.Desired Experience & QualificationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldProven experience of full stack software development including front end frameworks or libraries such as React, Vue or Angular.Strong technical skills across Azure cloud, Infrastructure, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, MVC, Microservices, Serverless components, Distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, messaging, EDA, scripting, Durable functionsProven experience managing multiple software engineering teams and delivering high-quality software productsExperience with software development methodologies, such as agile, and software engineering best practices, such as code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integrationStrong technical skills and ability to lead teams working with multiple programming languages and technologiesExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectivelyStrong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor team membersExperience with project management tools, such as JIRA, and version control systems, such as GitExperience with integrating with third party providers and managing provider relationships
