Summary: We are looking for a Software Development Manager with strong management capabilities, coding and relationship building skills. The requirements are: Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design, (Modern frameworks e.g. React, Angular, MVC and etc) Back-End Web Development , REST APIs .NET CORE, ASP.NET , C# Database Experience e.g. PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server. Knowledge of UI/UX principles Familiarity with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript. Familiarity with design principles. SOLID or clean architecture. Experience with micro service architecture Experience with GIT version control. Experience with Infrastructure and Linux Virtual Machines/Environments Experience with big data problems and general Database Engineering Concepts like partitioning and indexing. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to manage code performance in relation to cost of CPU and RAM usage. 5 years minimum experience as a Software Development Manager People Management: Management of a team of technical resources with diverse skills Technology Management: Experience with the design and implementation of new architectures and technologies Stakeholder and Business Management: Experience in working with a Project Office and Operations Teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, whilst exceeding customer expectations Vision and Communication: Experience in helping define and refine company strategy Knowledge of supply chain technology and consulting is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field Our process is: Initial screening interview Inductive, Numerical and Problem Solving testing for Successful candidates Final interview with management committee for shortlisted candidates
