Software Development Manager

Requirements:Manage all the activities of the software development project.Set attainable goals to team members in order for the project to be finished on time.
Provides guidance to team members to encourage work productivity.
Make sure the timeline is followed by the software development group.Ensure appropriate procedures and processes are followed when it comes to software development.Assess software requirements.Ensure design plans, reviews unit tests are in place.Ensure that the project is being documented.Monitors, evaluate and ensure the completion of tasks and projects.Monitor the status of the project.Represent the contractor in meetings.Report on progress to city team.
This can be in in the form of short frequent updates to the city project team or to city Leadership on the overall progress.
