Well, if you're still reading this then you might just be who we're looking for to lead the App Security and Fraud team in our quest to be the supreme intergalactic defenders against app fraud, and we'd love to hear from you! Purpose StatementTo provide strategic technical direction and manage multiple technical teams responsible for the technical delivery of the full product lifecycle; all product features and support and maintenance related tasks in respect of the productOversee the ongoing drive to increase efficiency, optimisation, innovation and people development in these environments.ExperienceMinimum:At least 5 years' experience in software development managementExperience of:leading and working in an agile development environmentcrafting roadmapsmanaging a budgetusing technical skills to support and guide a technical teamto establish priorities and successfully manage deliverablesutilizing communication and relationship management skills to engage with stakeholdersusing leadership to influence in other areas.Qualifications (Minimum)Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Information Technology - Computer ScienceQualifications (Ideal or Preferred)Honours Degree in Commerce or Information Technology - Computer ScienceKnowledgeMinimum:Functional knowledge particular to the product (e.g. Credit or App)People management and development practices and principlesBudgeting and accounting principlesBusiness analysis and designProject Management principles and methodologies Ideal:Experience in fraud preventionCapitec Bank Business ModelSystems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)SkillsCommunications SkillsInterpersonal & Relationship management SkillsConditions of EmploymentClear criminal and credit record Capitec is committed to diversity and, where feasible, all appointments will support the achievement of our employment equity goals.
