Software Development Engineer II, MENA CXAmazon Middle East and North Africa team is looking for a Software Development Engineer who is passionate about building great products for our customers & Sellers. The SDE-II will be based in Amman, JOR and must have Software engineering experience involving designing, architecting and solving complex problems.
Key job responsibilitiesDesign, implement, test, deploy and maintain innovative software solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security.Use software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all of the team deliverables.Write high quality distributed system software.Work in an agile, startup-like development environment, where you are always working on the most important stuff. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.Experience programming with at least one software programming language. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.Posted: December 22, 2024
