You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.Key Responsibilities:Project Delivery Oversight:Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Develop and implement project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and techniques.Technical Expertise:Utilize a strong technical background in both data management and software delivery to guide project decisions and technology solutions. Ensure the integration of best practices in data handling and software development.Resource Management:Lead resource allocation and staffing, determining appropriate assignments based on project demands and individual expertise. Monitor team dynamics and make adjustments as necessary to maintain productivity and morale.Team Leadership and Development:Foster a collaborative work environment, mentor team members, and provide guidance and feedback. Ensure that the team remains well-versed in current technologies and methodologies.Budget Management:Develop and track project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and expenses stay within financial limits. Provide regular financial reports to senior management.Stakeholder Engagement:Maintain clear and continuous communication with all project stakeholders, including IT and business leaders, to ensure expectations are met and adjusted as projects evolve.Innovation and Improvement:Encourage innovation and seek out process improvements that can lead to better project outcomes. Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within the team.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Software Delivery Manager or similar role with a strong track record in managing large-scale software projects.Robust technical background with expertise in data management systems and software development.Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and resource allocation.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
