Queenstown community hospice is seeking a social worker/counsellor to join their team in Aotearoa, New Zealand. The ideal candidate has the ability to connect with diverse individuals within the hospital. The candidate should have the capability to collaborate closely with families, guiding them through available resources and offering support throughout the care journey. For this position, the candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare community.
