Social Worker - Child And Youth Care Centre

Job Title: Social WorkerWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at Zeebra Junction Specialist Recruitment. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing social work and psychosocial services to residents, both children and older persons, placed at our facility.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with legal and departmental requirements, including Norms and Standards.Provide therapeutic intervention with children and older persons as needed.Develop and implement care plans and IDPs for all children and older persons in consultation with relevant role players.Monitor court orders and ensure all children are legally placed.Participate in quality assurance multi-disciplinary team meetings.Complete social histories and psychosocial assessments for each resident.Provide clinical interventions to address catastrophic events.Coordinate resident discharge planning and make referrals for home care services.Requirements:University Degree/Diploma in Social Work or similar.Registration with SACSSP.At least 3-5 years' experience in social work.Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a pressured environment.Excellent administration and computer skills.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Please submit your application, including your detailed CV and contactable references, to (insert contact information).
