Social Performance Manager/ Stakeholder Engagement Manager R1.4M (CTC)To build and maintain good relationships with the community, traditional, local authorities, and other stakeholders. To identify and manage the social impacts of the Company's operations on the communities surrounding the sites. To ensure compliance with mining and transformation requirements.Key Responsibilities:Engage with traditional and local authorities, interest groups, and local communities to gather information about enterprise, education, and social needs and their impact.Develop action plans to mitigate the risks to communities and other stakeholders.Implement the community engagement plan including a grievance management process and develop action plans that will improve communication.Stakeholder management and engagement – Communities, traditional, local and district authorities, DALRRD, COGTA, DMRE.Ensure continuous and smooth running of the Company's operations by continuously engaging relevant stakeholders to understand their needs.In consultation with the sites, execute on CSI, enterprise and supplier development as well as socioeconomic development initiatives.Report on Social Performance and maintain the dashboard.Implement actions identified in the Social Labour Plan.Contribute towards the Company maintaining its social license to operate.Qualifications:National Senior Certificate is essential.NQF Level 8 Honours / 4 year degree / Postgraduate Diploma in Social Sciences/ Environmental Sciences/ Human Resources.Experience:Minimum 5 years' experience in stakeholder management – communities, traditional and local authorities, regulators etc – in the mining/ manufacturing industry.SAP basic knowledge.
