The Social Paid Media Manager in Johannesburg will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms.

Your key job responsibilities as the Social Paid Media Manager in Johannesburg will include: Develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Identify and target key demographics and psychographics within the iGaming community.
Craft compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and insights.
Allocate and manage budgets for paid social campaigns.
Optimize spending to maximize returns and meet acquisition targets.
Work closely with the content, design, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and the iGaming industry.
Ensure all paid media campaigns comply with industry regulations and advertising standards.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in the iGaming or a similar industry.
Proficiency in social media advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
