Who are we looking for: A super creative and strategic Social Media Strategist to join our team.
What will you do: Strategy development: Create and execute social media strategies aligned with overall business and brand objectives, considering the target audience, brand identity and market trendsGoal setting: Collaborate closely with client to identify social media goals, define target audiences and develop a clear roadmap for engagement and growthContent creation: Craft compelling and brand-specific content with the team, from daily posts to interactive campaigns, across social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTubeCampaign management: Plan, launch and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, user engagement and conversionsAnalytics and reporting: Track, analyse and report on key metrics using social media management tools to measure the performance of campaigns, derive insights and optimise strategiesBudgets: Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns, optimising for performance and lead generationTrend monitoring and social listening: Monitor trends and engage in social listening to inform content strategies, ensuring relevance and thought leadership in the digital advertising spaceCollaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, designers and sales to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all platformsWhat do you need: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field is preferred5+ years proven experience as a Social Media StrategistIn-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences and best practices for each platformProficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling, analytics and reportingStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights and adjust strategies accordinglyStrong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO strategies
