Monitor and analyse social media performance and make data-driven improvements. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve marketing goals. Use social media as a tool to assist our recruitment team in acquiring talent to join our team. Qualifications and Requirements: Relevant qualification in social media marketing. Proven experience in social media marketing: 2 to 3 years experience. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and tools. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for analytics. Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-changing social media landscape. Remuneration: R25 000 R35 000 CTC p/m depending on experience and qualification.
