Social Media Marketing Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, motivated and independent inhouse Graphic Designer.
You will be responsible for the full graphic design function (social media management, creating of artwork, sourcing marketing opportunities etc.)
Salary is market related and based on experience level.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and the overall brand.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
), including content planning, scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including design, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Analyze website and social media performance metrics and create reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor digital trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure digital marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
- Experience creating visual content for social media, web, email, and digital ads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
